Warkworth: Art in the Park

In a little while the van will be packed and we'll be off to Warkworth's Art in the Park, my first show for 2015. I'm very much looking forward to being in this show, Warkworth's 5th annual Art in the Park. This new Moose Pillow on the 1947 Dominion of Canada Map will be debuting there along with the Hare that I showed yesterday.

Here in Canada, it is a long weekend. 

Cottagers are out and about opening their homes away from home. Gardeners will be putting in their plants as this weekend is generally a good signal that all danger of frost has passed. I must admit, though, that I've already begun planting a few perennials.
 And there will be fireworks. 
Sonee doesn't  really enjoy fireworks; she tends to hide somewhere in the basement even though that is frowned upon. Poor Roxy no longer hears the fireworks. Perhaps that's a good thing.
