Back on Friday I went to the Creativfestival in Toronto and found these beautiful fat squares. The ones on the right are Kaffe Fassett's. I really like his garish colours, such a contrast to the quieter African and Japanese pieces on the left. But what's really interesting is that I found actual text printed fabric which would be really good to use in the textile pieces that I do.
