Julie Liger-Belair is a Toronto artist that does such wonderful collage work. I love her colour combinations and sense of humour.
My last order of panel boards came a few days ago and I've been madly doing everything (gesso-ing, painting, cutting and collaging) on one tiny table top which is actually the sewing machine table top. One day I might take a picture of this insanely cluttered studio. The truth is I'm a bit embarrassed by it. Although someone once said that a cluttered desk is the sign of a thinking/working person. With that thought I hope everyone out there has a good productive weekend.
