In my spare moments (what spare moments?) I've been taking apart this old chair. How I get myself into these projects I can't say as I really don't enjoy doing upholstery.

 

This chair had straw for stuffing (usually I've come across horse hair) and I kept thinking: bed bugs ugh! But it had been left out on the porch for months and the worst I had of it was cat fur.

 

These pictures span two afternoons. One more to strip the remaining burlap and then off I go to get supplies. I'll keep you posted on this project. Don't expect a speedy result though.
