A working weekend so crammed with cutting, printing, sewing, ironing, a visit to the repair shop, purchase of a box of spools, more sewing and printing and on & on & on. Finally I just walked a way from it, with the girls, out into the sun and cool air.
Later with a glass of wine,I made one of those comfort dinners: pasta with meatballs simmering in homemade tomato sauce, salad with cherry tomatoes from the garden and for dessert, a pumpkin pie with my own crust and filling.
