Three times a day I set up buckets of water, one warm and one cold, and do 20 minutes of water therapy. Afterwards I have 30 minutes of various exercises to do to rehabilitate my hand and wrist.
Some of those exercises involve manipulating putty. Squishing it and stretching it. Even though it looks like I'm squishing the heck out of it, I can't do nearly what my right hand can do.
This is another squishing exercise for strengthening fingers.
