How To Take a Picture on a Gloomy Day

This image was taken on a gloomy, snowy day last week. Impossible.
At least, impossible in the studio with all those blue/grey shadows.
So I took the white backdrop I use and went outside just before the snow became serious. Considering the results, I'll probably try this tactic again.
