Oak Leaf Pattern

A few days ago I had mentioned about other ideas that I thought I might like to include for this year. For some time I've been wanting to do something with leaves. Over the years I've played with oak leaves; they have a pleasing shape. I've scribbled out a memory of the White Oak with its rounded lobes.

and her is the beginning of a pattern that I have roughly drawn out. I must say that I am quite excited about the possibilities of this. But enough said for now.
