Sparrow-Avenue

Last week I sent away for some products from Treenway Silks and they arrived yesterday. I'm so excited.

From these different silk products I can make any number of things including "silk paper" which looks something like this:

 The first image is my first experiment (using silk cocoon strippings, natural silk in sericin, ginko leaves and gold sparkle) sand the second image (which includes some silk knitting) is from the book (Silk Paper by Sarah Lawrence) I found at the library.

Pretty cool, eh?
