Textile Museum: 15th Annual Shadow Box Show

Here is what I finally settled upon as a solution to the frame. I didn't want to darken it as it seemed already encroached upon and I didn't want to leave it plain as I thought that it would be too flat. A constant theme that runs through my work is "aging" and "time worn" and that's what came out.
Thanks for the suggestions a couple of days ago. Now I just have to drop it off at the Textile Museum. Their Annual Shadow Box Show isn't 'til March 2011 but submissions are due this month.

It's been a busier week than all of October and lots of new things too, but more about that next week.
