Cabbagetown Art and Crafts Show

Sparrow Avenue at Cabbagetown Art and Crafts Show
This past Friday was the first day of the Cabbagetown Art and Crafts Show, Toronto's Riverdale neighbourhood. There were so many events taking place on this soggy weekend: The Princess Margaret Walk for Cancer, the Bloorcourt Festival, and the Queen West Art Crawl just to name a few.

Despite the weather, so many of you came out to see all the new work that was on display. I wish I had more time to have gone around but the show is so big that it just wasn't possible.

Roxy and Sonee were with me as well on the Saturday and Sunday.
As always, they were so good and many of the crafters who know us were glad to see them again. I had a ground cover and plenty of blankets and towels and rugs laid out for them so they had protection from the damp ground. And towards the end of the show, they came out to watch the passers-by while I packed up.
A big thank you
once again
to all of you
who came out to
support Handmade.
