These are two of the oldest oak trees in the world. The first one is called the Angel Oak in South Carolina and is reported to be 1400 years old. The bottom one is the Bowthorpe Oak in Great Britain; it's 1000 years. I was reading in the paper about a yew tree that's been around for 3000 years.

The Ankerwycke Yew is by far the oldest as the Magna Carta was signed beneath it and Henry asked Ann Bolyn to marry him! Just makes you think...
