The day after the Halifax Crafters Spring Market saw us in Lunenburg. This is one of Canada's calendar picture locations as it is so beautiful and colourful. I tried very hard not to capture those typical scenes.
Lunenburg is also home to Dots and Loops a wonderful handmade shop where I saw the work of many of the crafters from the Halifax Craft Market. You can read more about them here.

For years I have had an attraction to windows and doors: the details and character/personality of any building. Texture is another wonderful element let alone clolour; all of which are further enhanced by time and weather.
Always on the look out for those details that are sometimes missed.
